The result is a deeply concentrated wine full of meat, tar, vanilla bourbon-y char, crushed dark berries, and licorice on the nose. The palate is rich, soft, and concentrated with blackberry, iron, and savoriness. The palate has concentrated flavor and a soft mouth feel, ripe with juicy mulberries, tart black currants, mocha, meat, and savory cedar flavors.

The new go to

I love this wine. I had it at the tasting room and now I always add it to my wine club shipment.

Kook is a great wine that goes well with everything. Best enjoyed at our house during a casual pizza night or paired with a rich bolognese.
