Blanche is made from hand-picked Old Vine Chenin Blanc grapes sourced from the Jurassic Park Vineyard on Foxen Canyon Road in Santa Barbara County. This rare cellar release has been aged for 8 years in bottle, allowing the wine to evolve from its youthful vibrancy into something truly layered and complex. With time, the Chenin Blanc has gained creamy texture, honeyed richness, and notes of baked apple, chamomile, and almond, balanced by the vineyard’s signature bright acidity and minerality.
