We are releasing the most delicious rosé wine that we've ever produced. It's made from the top Pinot Noir vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills.
The fruit was harvested early in the season when it is full of bright, high-toned acidity. The juice was pulled from skins right away, with very little maceration, then followed by a long and cool fermentation in old French oak barrels to preserve freshness and aromatics.
This rosé shows orange blossom, underripe strawberry, and yuzu flavors, with Ojai Pixie zest on the palate. It's energetic and fruit-forward on the nose with a dry, mineral finish.
