Blanche is made from hand-picked Chenin Blanc grapes sourced from the Tierra Alta Vineyard. This wine is delicious upon release, and is intended to be drunk now, but those with patience will be rewarded over the next 2-3 years as it picks up creamy weight and honeyed complexity.

Really delicious!

We were a bit intimidated by a “dessert wine” at first, afraid that it would be heavy or syrupy. The End was a happy disprover of all our fears. It smells just like a walnut or fruitcake, has a light mouthfeel, and yet just a little goes a long way! We brought it to a family Christmas party and it was finished well before “the end” of the night!
