Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 shipped within the continental United States.

Where We Ship

We ship wine to 40+ states across the US. Due to state alcohol regulations, we are unable to ship to all states. You can confirm delivery availability at checkout when you enter your shipping address.

Shipping Timeframes

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship from Santa Barbara, CA. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Adult Signature Required

By law, an adult signature (21+) is required for all wine deliveries. Please ensure that someone of legal drinking age will be available to receive and sign for your package. If no one is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.

Curbside Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order? Select "Curbside Pickup" at checkout and we'll have your order ready at our Santa Barbara location. We'll send you an email when it's ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@municipalwinemakers.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
