Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. We ship nationwide to 40+ states.

Where do you ship?

We ship wine to over 40 states across the US. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to all states due to local alcohol laws. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery is available in your area.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship from Santa Barbara, CA. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes — an adult signature (21+) is required for all wine deliveries. Make sure someone 21 or older will be available to receive the package.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Choose "Curbside Pickup" at checkout and we'll have your order ready at our Santa Barbara location.

Wine Club & Subscriptions

What is the Glug Club?

The Glug Club is our monthly wine subscription. Members receive 3 bottles/month for $89, save 20% on every bottle sitewide, and get free shipping always. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime — no commitment required.

How do I skip or pause my club shipment?

Log into your account and manage your subscription from the account dashboard. You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time before your next billing date.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account portal with no fees or penalties.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every bottle. If you received a damaged or corked bottle, contact us within 30 days at hello@municipalwinemakers.com and we'll make it right. See our full Returns page for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and email us right away. We'll replace damaged bottles or issue store credit.

The Wines

What styles of wine do you make?

We make wines under three labels: Muni (everyday, fresh-style wines), Nowadays (natural-leaning, lower-ABV wines), and Potek (single-vineyard, focused wines from Santa Barbara). All are sustainably farmed.

Are your wines natural or organic?

Our wines are made from sustainably farmed grapes. Many of our Nowadays wines are made with minimal intervention. Contact us for specific farming or cellar details on any wine.

What is the ABV on your wines?

ABV varies by wine and is listed on each product page. Our Nowadays wines tend to be lower-alcohol (often 11–13%), while Potek wines are typically 13–14.5%.
