2014 M.C.S.

We've kept this wine aging in our temp-controlled private cellar, untouched for all that time. It's time to crack it open and empty this bottle! 
 
Once you crack the cap, the aromas of spicy, bramble-y fruit, cherry and sage will fly out of the bottle. The fruit continues to go wild berry, black cherry, underbrush and spiced flavors. The finish is fresh and fun, but serious enough. You can drink this one now, it's in it's prime. Have it outside under a blanket watching the sun go down or on the couch binging on Netflix if we get another late rain.
