Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every bottle we make. Here's how returns and exchanges work at Municipal Winemakers.

Our Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Bottles damaged in transit
  • Corked or faulty wine (wine fault, not just a wine you don't enjoy)
  • Incorrect items shipped

Because wine is a perishable product, we are not able to accept returns based on taste preference. If you're unsure about a wine, check out our tasting notes and reviews before ordering — or email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@municipalwinemakers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the damage (if applicable)

We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Club Orders

If you have an issue with a Glug Club shipment, the same policy applies. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. To skip, pause, or cancel your club membership, log into your account or email us.
