We are releasing the most delicious rosé wine that we've ever produced.  It's made from some of the top Pinot Noir vineyards in Sta. Rita Hills includes old vines from Sanford & Benedict and Rancho la Viña. 

The fruit was harvested early in the season when it is full of bright, high-toned acidity. The juice was pulled from skins right away, with very little maceration, then followed by a long and cool fermentation in old French oak barrels to preserve freshness and aromatics.

This rosé shows orange blossom, underripe strawberry, and yuzu flavors, with Ojai Pixie zest on the palate. It's energetic and fruit-forward on the nose with a dry, mineral finish.

Great Rose!

I feel like a lot of Rose’s lack character, almost taste like vodka in a way. NOT this one!!! This Potek Pinot Rose was delightful and more complex than other Roses. I would love to get more as summer gifts!

Refreshing/Great Pairing Wine

With warmer weather around the corner, this will be a perfect wine to have in your arsenal for late night backyard get togethers. It had a refreshing aspect, yet has held up to fish and cheese pairings nicely. A little heavier body than last year.
