2008 BRIGHT WHITE
We love Riesling! It is the most aromatic, lightest, most transparent and brilliant in flavor of all the white grapes. It is the Brightest white wine. The dry, refreshing style of this wine was inspired by the fantastic Rieslings of Australia who, when young can be steely, sometimes to the point of austerity, then develop a lime-like, very refreshing fruit quality with age and can eventually become quite toasty and honeyed.

- Processing:
- The fruit was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, early in the morning – minimizing damage to the juice. Only the first (free-run) fraction of the juice was then cold settled and fermented long, cold, and slow in stainless steel tanks. Contact with air was avoided at every step. The utmost care was taken to maximize freshness, purity, and brightness.
