I opened a bottle of 2007 Bright Red over dinner with my Dad, who can be a little wine-snobby and is skeptical of any bottle I bring home. But I’m proud to say he loved this one, and asked me to bring him another bottle next time (nice work Dave!). An awesome hint he gave me was to decant it, which I had never done before. It really opened up the fruit and made it much more complex. Awesome wine!
